Inside, the binder has eight divided sections. These sections are General Information,
Next Step and Resources, Funding and Applications, Letter of Diagnosis and
Assessment Reports, Contact of Information, School Information, Caregiver Education
Workshops and Respite.

The shipping fee varies on where you are located. The shipping fee is also calculated
with the weight of the binder and how many binders you purchase.

Yes. We are a registered non-profit organization, and a receipt will be needed when you
record your expenses.

Not at all. The purpose of this binder is to help you stay organized. Some of our mothers
have kids with multiple conditions. There is space in there for everything!

It is entirely up to you! Visible Angels recommends that you look through the binder, and
as you fill it up, see what sections you will use and what you may not. We included as
much as possible to cater to your various needs

Although we would recommend you get one for each child, you have to look at your
convenience and funds. The Resource Binder's purpose is to keep you organized, and
each child's needs vary so much.

Visible Angels prefers e-transfer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the touchless system
is the best. However, we do accept Cash.

Sure! Our Visible Angels volunteers will handle your Resource Binder with sanitized
gloves. We try our very hardest to ensure NO CROSS CONTAMINATION . All drivers
will be wearing masks and observe social distancing. The Resource Binders are
dropped off at the front door. We will take a picture and send it as proof. Please ensure
someone is home to collect the Binder.

Unfortunately, due to the current climate of COVID-19, we cannot accept returns.
